Join us during the migration of the Dwarf Minke Whales. Only discovered in the 1980s, they are the only whale known to initiate human interactions.

They are incredibly curious and in water encounters can last for hours. When you're not swimming alongside these amazing creatures you can dive the amazing Ribbon Reefs.

This includes world famous dive sites such as Steve's Bommie and Lighthouse Bommie.

Our extended exploration trip has been organised especially for our group and is not to be missed!

We commence our trip arriving into Cairns Monday with free time till we join the liveaboard on Tuesday at the Cairns wharf with the first days exploring the easy dives at such sites as Troppos, Caves and Shark Mountain before venturing up the stunning Ribbon Reefs. Completing our spectacular dive holiday on the following Tuesday back at Cairns wharf after tasty breakfast.

We have up to 29 dives, including 7 night dives with the option to upgrade to the amazing fluoro diving experience too.

The trip includes: all meals onboard, ensuite cabins, Dwarf Minke Whale presentations, 2 nights in Cairns resort with breakfasts, all shuttles, t-shirt, taxes, games/competitions, prizes, a group leader and the logistics taken care of for you!
